Clearly, POTUS is a figurehead position...
Brandon, a liar from the beginning, has always been criminally corrupt, and evidently demented even before and ever since being fraudulently installed in office. Obviously he is not calling any of the shots as he fronts for the war mongering powers-that-be. Satan is the master murderer and liar (John 8:44), and war (especially of genocide) is murder at its most prolific. The "Biden administration" is the most in-your-face puppet show ever perpetrated on the public. This man was not held responsible for crimes committed because of the fact that he has dementia, yet he remains "in office".

On the other side of the phony "aisle" of the political matrix is Trump, who was the best president Israel ever had, owned lock stock & barrel; with both his family and cabinet full of Zionists. As long as Zionists continue to occupy the US government, making America great will always be 2nd fiddle to making Israel greater, no matter who sits in the office of POTUS.
And Trump proved to be most egregiously beholden to the powers-that-be in facilitating the murderous "Covid vaccine" bioweapons atrocity, and he still won't back away from it. Remember this?:

As the Demonrats have institutionalized election fraud (see this), voting is nothing but a thin cover for "election" rigging and installation of the latest figurehead tool to keep the murder machinery humming along. Whichever false "choice" you think you make, the ultimate net result will be the same notwithstanding the illusion of opposition from the Repugnicans.
Opting out of participation in the rigmarole of voting is certainly a legitimate consideration, refusing to go along with the deception that your "vote" makes any difference whatsoever. How soon we forget that the 2020 'election' was blatantly stolen. Let mass awakening lead to mass non-compliance as the tide turns towards the sure doom of the wicked.
