The Club of Rome & The CIA Depopulation Program at Fauci’s Fort Detrick

If people have discretionary energy and time, there’s plenty of meat on these bones, even if not every paragraph comes with “receipts” that you can check. Enough of them do connect to events and people that do tie back to real events to make the overall thrust difficult to refute.

That thrust being that for many decades before 2020, there was an intention to create circumstances where a public health emergency condition would come about & the authorities would respond with “vaccines”.

The persistent problem in the background is clear. It’s merely an assertion & no evidence is ever offered to prove it. That problem is that planet Earth is overloaded with people and civilisation would collapse early in the 21st century, unless the population was substantially curtailed.

I can’t help but review all these remarks and activities as other than starting from the unsupported conclusion and working backwards towards setting up a depopulation plan.

The article begins with a now elderly Club of Rome disciple trying to explain that the depopulation plan was necessary but that he hoped it would be “civilised and equitable”.

Towards the end, we see the second President Bush signing off on legislation in the Rose Garden that would morph into “medical countermeasures to protect America”.

With the benefit of hindsight, see if you agree or not with my take on this, a surely incredibly sombre objective: the players look like they’re enjoying themselves hugely. There is something approaching glee on the face of Fauci, Bright, and others, in the setting up of conditions where very large numbers of innocent people can be killed.

I’m left, as always, with a clear impression of very long term planning for a depopulation plan, but with no real reason to do it.

Many people say that, reluctantly, they just about understand the rationale. They “know” deep inside themselves that there are too many of us & that our activities are destroying the planet.

If either of these two things were true, we would indeed have been facing a major problem.

But the reason many people assert that they “know” we’re beyond the carrying capacity of Earth & that we’re destroying the environment is because these people have told us so. That it. There’s otherwise no evidence for either assertion.

They started with the concluding intention & set about creating the PR to justify it, while in parallel bringing into being the means.

Sometimes when the research takes you in circles, it’s best to start from the beginning… and in the beginning, there was the depopulation “Club of Rome” whose mandate was to pave the way for the New World Order’s “Great Reset.” And it all started with the idea of using “Gain-of-Function” experimentation to develop the ultimate bioweapon that would attack the body’s immune system! This is where the story begins!

In 1968, the Club of Rome determined the limits to growth; the results of the study was that civilization as we know it would collapse shortly after the year 2000 unless the population was seriously reduced. Several top secret recommendations were made to the ruling elite by Dr. Aurelio Peccei of the Club of Rome. The chief recommendation was to develop a microbe which would attack the autoimmune system and thus render the development of a vaccine impossible. Dr. Peccei had come to the conclusion that a plague similar to that of the Black Death was needed in order to “rid” certain groups from the population. The orders were given to develop the microbe and to also develop a cure and a prophylactic. The microbe would be used against the general population and would be introduced by vaccine administered by the World Health Organization. The prophylactic was to be used by the ruling elite. The cure will be administered to the survivors when they decided that enough people have died and it would be announced as “newly developed.”

This plan was called Global 2000. Funding was obtained from the U.S. Congress under H.B. 15090 (1969) and given to the Department of Defense 1970 budget to produce “a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired.” Virologists refer to this as “Gain-of-Function” research that alters an organism or disease in a way that increases pathogenesis, transmissibility, or host range (the types of hosts that a microorganism can infect). The bottom line is that these bioweapons would be resistant to the immunological processes that we depend on to maintain immunity; they would be more infectious and lethal. This was the beginning of the “Gain-of-Function Experimentations“… and they never stopped!

The project was carried out at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Since large populations were to be decimated, the ruling elite decided to target the “undesirable elements of society” for extermination. Initially they targeted the Black, Hispanic, and homosexual populations and currently they are targeting the rest of society. The name of the project that developed the HIV virus that causes AIDS is MKNAOMI. The African continent was infected with HIV via Smallpox vaccine in 1977. Members of the gay community in the U.S. population were infected with HIV in 1978 with the Hepatitis B vaccine through the Centers for Disease Control and now the rest of mankind is being infected through the COVID-19 Vaccine! Vaccines armed with HIV autoimmune disease causing agents are the NWO’s  for mass depopulation!

In 1962 Roy Ash, Henry Kissinger, and Vice President Nelson Rockefeller, all members of the infamous Club of Rome, were financial investors in a company called Litton Bionetics. They helped to finance and establish the National Cancer Institute (NCI), which was part of the National Institute of Health (NIH) at Fort Detrick which included Litton Bionetics administration at the facility. By 1968, Dr. Robert Gallo was NCI project officer for Bionetics where new cancer viruses that were functionally identical to HIV were created. And it was Bionetics that directly supplied Merck Pharmaceuticals with the HIV bioweapon used to formulate both the Smallpox and Hepatitis B vaccines.

Under the supervision of the CIA, Project MKNAOMI was developed by the Special Operations Division scientists at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The order was given by the Policy Committee Bilderberg Group based in Switzerland and put into effect by the Haig – Kissinger Depopulation Policy regulated by the State Department established in 1975 that were responsible for drafting the Global 2000 Report. Working with the National Institute of Health (NIH) at the time and directing viral research were scientists Dr. Robert Gallo and Dr. Anthony Fauci. Fauci came to the NIH in 1968 as a clinical associate and in 1972 became section head of clinical investigations. 

Following the attacks of 9-11, Fauci was involved in drafting the “Project BioShield” legislation, a plan to produce vaccines and treatments against biological weapons for the Bush government where he worked closely with Homeland Security and the intelligence community. Key elements of the legislation was to allow private partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to develop vaccines and to allow the stockpiling and distribution of vaccines which had not been tested for safety and efficacy in humans.  You see… their plan was never about health preservation through vaccination; it was always about global genocide with Anthony Fauci installed as the CIAs depopulation operative at Fort Detrick! Here’s Fauci and his death squad planning pre-meditative murder with a “surprise outbreak!”

Fauci was the NWOs go-between orchestrating the collaborations between the “NWO Scientists,” the Pharmaceutical Companies, Governments, and the CIA with the United Nations at the helm! Here is Dr. Anthony Fauci signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Dr. Tedros of the World Health Organization to enhance future collaborations on research activities conducted in response to emerging infectious disease outbreaks and public health emergencies.
