Meaning/Usage: In linguistics, a word is the smallest meaningful unit of language, spoken or written, that can stand alone or form part of a sentence. The word "word" refers to both ordinary speech and divine utterance i.e. the word of God (Scripture). Capitalized the Word refers to the divine Logos Himself, Jesus Christ.
