Not sure if there is any particular reasoning that went into having this presented by this particular narrator; perhaps to appear as unthreatening as possible while obfuscating the censors' algorithms from the hard truth of the matter which may also account for the fact that it is dubbed from a different language and the lip-syncing is off. Such are the times when things get all cloak-&-daggar-like. Using words such as "vessicles", the talk (and scrolling text) brings out the long-standing debate over what I've come to call "pathogenic causality". Strangely enough, I found myself laughing hysterically at parts of this... you can't make this stuff up... even following along and taking it seriously may make you giddy realizing how much gaslighting has been going on for so long.
